Research On The Causes And Countermeasure Of Nursing Disputes Of JiLin

With the improvement of the socialist legal system in China,the development of medical has huge impact on medical and health care market,and self-protection and legal awareness of the patient is also growing.nursing is a part of the hospital work,and it is the link that most contact with patients,and the department most likely to lead to complaints.In recent years,nursing dispute appears upward trend,and gradually become a hot issue in society.It is useful to further strengthen the hospital's self-construction and improvement of medical care services to carerully analysising the causes of nursing and interventing of medical malpractice.In this paper, It is started with the theoretical analysis of nursing disputes,follow ing from the general to the specific ideas.The writer gives a description of the concept and characteristics and other issues of nurse-patient in detail, and identifies to tease out the current nurse-patient relationship exists defects and deficiencies the common view of the nurse-patient disputes,to tease out the cefects and deficiencies of the nurse-patient relationship resently. At the same time,the writer selects a particular area for the study, and studys the practical problems in nurse-patient disputes,then finds out the reasons and proposes the corresponding and practical interventions.The text is divided into six parts:The first section describes the status of nursing disputes in China and overseas the research on nurse-patient disputes,such as the United States and Japan.The second part is the theoretical basis of nursing disputes ,introduced the concept of medical disputes,constitute the elements of nature,overview of nurse-patient relationship and characteristics and so on.The third section describes the materials and methods of this article. This paper use questionnaires and case studies for data collection, and then finish and analyze the data.Part IV sets out the results, pointing out the causes of nursing disputesThe fifth part include analysis and discussion, to identify the causes of the dispute from the status of nurses and patients disputes from over the second level hospital in Jilin.Part VI proposes intervention to the nurse-patient based on the text.Final results of this article: (1) The nurse-patient relationship in hospital of Jilin is not harmonious, needing to be improved. (2)The most important objective reasons affecting the nurse-patient relationship include the high medical costs,social security and the defects of promotion and implementation of policies and regulations,and the subjective reasons is the professional quality of the nursing staff. (3) In order to improve the nurse-patient relationship recently,guiding from the health reform policy , it is demanded to improve the practitioners and the legal awareness of nursing staff,improve the internal management of the hospital strengthen the social communication.
