purpose:As people increasingly demand on medical rehabilitation,the importanceof increasing the medical rehabilitation becomes more and more highlighted. peoplecan significantly improve the quality of life through the medical rehabilitation.Recent years, countries gave greater policy support in medical rehabilitationdevelopment. The development of medical rehabilitation is rapid. Overall, medicalrehabilitation in our country has just started. Medical rehabilitation systemconstruction in our country is still in the initial exploration stage. Medicalrehabilitation has many problems in management and theory research. Medicalrehabilitation risk is high.Medical rehabilitation has many problems in talent pool、practical experience、system design、management system and rehabilitation propaganda. These factorsrestrict the development of medical rehabilitation. These factors also burn a hiddendanger for the occurrence of medical risk. This article embarks from the currentsituation of the development of medical rehabilitation system in a province, analysisthe problems existing in the management of medical rehabilitation process. Thisarticle uses for referencing the experience of the development of foreign medicalrehabilitation. This paper analyses the actual situation of medical rehabilitation, andthe characteristics of medical disputes. This paper discusses risk factors in medicalrehabilitation what could lead to medical disputes, and further explores thecountermeasures to prevent medical risk factors.Methods: The paper investigates the staff and patients in rehabilitation departmentby self-designed questionnaire. Through the literature investigation, expert interviewand so on the article understand the current situation of development of medicalrehabilitation division and the existing medical risks...The article summarizes the data using EXCEL2007and SPSS19.0database. The article analyses the presentdevelopment situation of medical rehabilitation industry and the medical risk factors. throughdescriptive analysis, chi-square test, corresponding analysis and other statisticalmethods for data processing.Results: According to the results of the survey, middle and old age patients is themain groups of medical rehabilitation stage. Patients get recovery informationmostly by Recommended by doctors and relatives and friends. The propaganda ofrehabilitation department is not in place. Due to recovery the lack of publicity, morethan half of patients during rehabilitation treatment has missed the best rehabilitationtime. The phenomenon of signing the informed consent is relatively common. Butpatients have little grasp of information in the rehabilitation scheme, presentcondition, the rehabilitation process matters needing attention, complications and soon. Medical staff and patients are generally lack of patient privacy protectionconcept. Medical personnel lack of clinical experience, and risk awareness is low.These factors lead to increased health risk factors. The wall railings, toilet facilitiesfor the disabled is set up more perfect in rehabilitation department. But the hospitalis poor in facilities setting up convenient for people with disabilities in the elevatorbuttonsConclusion: Through the analysis, we can see that the right of informed consentabout patients receiving rehabilitation treatment is partly deprived. It leads to theasymmetric information between doctors and patients and a misunderstandingbetween patient rehabilitation. At the present, the doctor in diagnosis and treatmentdoes not fulfill the duty of care, and patients’ awareness to protect their own privacyis also poor. These factors have increased the probability of occurrence of medicalmalpractice. To avoid it, rehabilitation clinics of medical personnel should regulatemedical staff’s behavior and perform full duty of care to protect the patient informedconsent and privacy. Through the specification of both doctors and patients rightsand obligations, we try to construct more harmonious doctor-patient relationship andpromote long-term healthy development of medical rehabilitation.
