Using SPSS13.0 to establish database, the statistical analysis of data, the main statistical methods for the general descriptive statistical analysis.Results:The medical staff, predominantly female, working years under 5 years accounted for 63.18%, the level of professional medical personnel most of radiology is low; Department of Radiology 53.73% medical staff expressed their willingness to engage in medical imaging department work, but the work of Department of radiology in more than half of the general satisfaction; only 19.40% of the medical staff of experienced medical disputes of Radiology and most of the medical personnel think the tension between doctors and patients; medical personnel of medical disputes from the top three were not reported in time, bad service attitude, patient doctor to wait a long time; the medical staff generally agreed that regulate their own speech behavior, correct their attitude, looking for reasonable excuse, apology, to consummate medical skill, negligence explanation of treatment means and measures, matters needing attention, rigorous and careful work attitude and other aspects of the prevention of medical disputes has a positive role in promoting; Medical staff said that the majority of patients with medical disputes settlement, accounting for 42.39% of the total number of medical liability insurance for the reduction of medical disputes, accounting for 74.13% of the total number of survey, the majority of medical personnel think that the health sector management is a form and no practical role, should strengthen management; medical staff think that legislation to protect the interests of medical workers. Patients and family members believe that the main source of medical malpractice disputes are: patients and their family members are not satisfied with the medical disputes, patients and their family members are not satisfied with the medical malpractice.
