ObjectiveIn the background of rapid economic development of our country,the quality of people's life has a very big improvement,based on various equipment gradually perfect,the hospital's service quality increased,but the degree of trust between doctors and patients is gradually reduced,medical disputes,medical workers abused,beaten or killed.In this paper and the causes of 240 cases of medical disputes during the city people's Hospital from 2013 to 2015 to carry out research,put forward to the Countermeasures of building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,reduce and prevent the occurrence of medical disputes.MethodsLiterature analysis,case study,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other research methods are adopted.The databases of CNKI,Wanfang database and Chinese sci-tech periodicals database were searched for extensive collection of medical disputes related literature.Landing related professional information system to collect data,refer to the relevant documents of the health administration,learn from some of the theoretical results,and on this basis to do further research and discussion.According to the data of medical disputes from 2013 to 2015,the incidence of medical disputes,the compensation,the distribution of departments,and the causes of disputes were counted.The related data were summarized,classified and statistically analyzed.Statistical analysis was carried out using Spss20.0 software.Frequency,percentage description,chi square test and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were performed.Results1.After investigation: A total of 240 medical disputes occurred in 2013-2015 years in the people's Hospital of a city,and the total amount of compensation was 9million 720 thousand yuan.2.This paper analyzes the occurrence of medical disputes in the people's Hospital of a city,medical technology(34.17%),lack of communication(25%),with highexpectations(20%),complications and adverse events(29%),adverse events(5%)were the main causes of disputes;the disputes were concentrated in surgical department(13.75%),outpatient(10.42%),orthopedics(6.25%),pediatrics(4.58%).3.Research shows that: the related medical disputes the sex and age of the Department,working time,professional title,work burden,for medical risk awareness and attitudes toward patients and other factors,with statistical significance(P<0.05),education,medical staff type and other factors had no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.The results of this study show that: gender,title,Department,work burden,understanding of medical risk,attitude towards patients have a very big impact on medical disputes,95%CI value was >1,P value <0.05.Conclusion1.The number of medical disputes in the people's Hospital of a city decreased and tended to be stable.2.Medical disputes in the people's Hospital of a city mostly occurred in the surgical,Department of orthopedics,pediatrics and so on.3.Medical technology,lack of communication,high expectations of patients,complications and accidents are the main causes of medical disputes.4.Medical staff have high risk factors for medical disputes,such as male,surgical,high professional title,heavy workload,no understanding of medical risk,poor attitude towards patients,etc..
