By fully applying the modern information technology tools and the existing netw ork resources, the paper improves the information communication and exchange, the b usiness data sharing and statistical analysis, and also improves the quality and efficien cy for office business between each department to save the manpower and resources a nd support the leadership decision-making. Finally, it contributes a higher level for Fir e Brigade overall office management.The paper examines the research significance and importance of this project for the application of information construction in Police Fire Brigade in Yingtan City, and also outlines the current research status of office automation system both domestic and abroad. Based on of the application requirements analysis of office automation system for Police Fire Brigade in Yingtan City, it divides the system function module from three different levels, such as business analysis, functional analysis, and data analysis. Each of these functional modules is specifically analyzed and designed.In business analysis, it draws the business process diagrams for each module based on the analysis of the organizational structure for fire brigade, and then accordingly transforms the original business process, which transforms the structure from the linear function into parallel flow network. In functional design, it draws a detailed data flow and functional configuration diagram for each module by starting from the top data flow diagrams. In the data analysis, it not only analyzes the data need to be processed by each function of the system, but also points the E-R diagram and establishes a database table structure. Finally, the thesis summarizes the research and project, and outlooks the relevant prospects for further study.
