To Phlegm Of Huoxue Tongqiao Law Treatment Of Mild Cognitive Damage Of Clinical Studies Of Patients With Insomnia

Objective:To observe the curative effect of the therapy of Huatan Huoxue Tongqiao on the insomnia patients with MCI(Mild Cognitive Impairment).Method:1 clinical data:According to theprinciple of random,control and single blindness,74MCI patiences with insomnia who were selected from the out-patiences in Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2007.7-2009.3 were divided into 2 groups of which were 37 in group of Huatan guoxue Tongqiao,37 in group of alprazolam.2 The medical usage:The observed group were treated by the way of Huatan Huoxue Tongqiao which contained Clearing Gallbladder-heat Decoction and Decoction for Driving Out Blood Stasis in the Slood Mansion.The contrast group were were treated by estazolam.Both groups were dealed for 8 weeks.3 The curative effect and safe observation:When trail began the PSQI were noted at 2ed,4th and 8th week.And after the trail 8 weeks later the result of TCM symptom,MESS and safe observation were collected.4 The state method:Oneself front and back measuringa datais adopt to make a pair comparatively t checkout;The group adopt two sample book t checkout comparatively,the data base builds and analyses without exception in SPSS13.0 statistics software package mounts realization,a=0.05;p<0.05 was to have notable difference.Result:1 according to the TCM curative effect index the group of Nuatan Huoxue Tongqiao 91.89%were more excellent than the comparative group 64.86%(p<0.05);2 There was no more difference between the group of Huatan Huoxue Tongqiao and the comparative group according to the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index in the first 2 and 4 weeks,while it was obvious on the difference between front and back in the treated group.The next 4 weeks except the sleep quality fact the result of other facts and the whole score were so more fifferrent.(p<0.05);3 The group of Huatan Huoxue Tongqiao have obvious difference between front and back of treatment while the comparative group have no difference comparatively;4 The data of the three big routine,function of liver and kidney,ECG and bad reaction show nothing at toxicity and side effect.Conclusion:For MCI patience with insomnia resulted from the sputum and blood stasis obstructing the aperture of brain the therapy of Huatan Huoxue Tongqiao has a good effect,which behaves well not only in advancing sleeping but also in improving brines with nothing at toxicity and side effect.
