Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Aphasia After Stroke (the Syndrome Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Obstructing Orifices) With Huatan-huoxue-kaiqiao Decoction

Objective: To observe and explore the effectiveness and curative effect of Huatan-huoxue-kaiqiao decoction in the treatment of motor aphasia after stroke(the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis obstructing orifices).To enrich the experience of TMC in the treatment of aphasia after stroke,and to provide a scientific and effective method for the treatment of aphasia after stroke.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,72 patients were divided with random number method into treatment group(TCM decoction group: Huatan-huoxue-kaiqiao decoction and Aspirin enteric-coated tablets with Bayer and Speech rehabilitation training)and control group(Aspirin enteric-coated tablets with Bayer and Speech rehabilitation training),36 cases in each group.The treatment period of the two groups was 4 weeks.The changes of various indexes were observed before,after and during follow-up(After six months off the drug),and the curative effect was evaluated.The ABC and BDAE were used to evaluate the curative effect of aphasia.The curative effect of TCM syndromes was evaluated according to the integral quantization table of TCM syndromes.The score changes of HIHSS,BI,m RS were observed.Results: 1.In the TCM decoction group,the function of conversation,understanding,retelling and naming were significantly improved.Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference in the improvement of the speech and retelling scores(P<0.001).2.The total score on the ABC in the TCM decoction group was higher,the score of TCM syndrome and NIHSS decreased more obviously,the percentage of NIHSS minus points greater than or equal to 3 is higher,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).At two time nodes after 4 weeks of treatment and 6 months after withdrawal,BDAE grading was significantly increased in TCM decoction group,obvious difference(P<0.05);After six months off the drug,the improvement of BI score and m RS grade in the TCM decoction group was more obvious,the difference was obvious(P<0.05);The proportion of BI≥75,BI≥85,BI≥95 and m RS≤2 in the TCM decoction group was higher,the discrepancy was obvious(P<0.05).3.In terms of aphasia after stroke curative effect,the total effective rate of the TCM decoction group(85.3%)was higher than that of the control group(73.5%),with statistical meaning(P<0.05).In the curative effect of TCM syndrome,the total effective rate of the TCM decoction group(91.2%)was higher than that of the control group(70.6%),there was statistical discrepancy(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The curative effect of Huatan-huoxue-kaiqiao decoction on patients after motor aphasia after stroke(the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis obstructing orifices)was significantly better than that of the control group.At 6 months after withdrawal,according to the grade of BDAE,the long-term curative effect of the group taking Chinese medicine group is obviously better than that of the control group.2.The NIHSS,BI and m RS scores of patients after motor aphasia after stroke(the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis obstructing orifices)were significantly improved by Huatan-Huoxu-Kaiqiao decoction,and the efficacy was better than that of the control group,which could effectively improve brain function and promote disease recovery.
