Tongbi Huayu Decoction Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (qi And Yin Deficiency And Stasis) Clinical Studies

Objecctive:To evaluate the ef ectof Tongbi decoction treatment of penpheralnervous lesion owing diabetesMethods:60 patients of periheral nervous lesion to diabetes were randomly alloocated to two groups。In treatment group(r=30) patien were treated with Tongbi decoction capsule(4—6pills。three times a day)。and in control group(n=30) zhonghuitangmaikang,(10g two times a day),with duration of 8 weeks。Changes of clinical symptoms,FPG,2HPG,blood lipid and Plasma were measured before and aftear treatment。Results:It is suggestedthat Tongbi decoction can not only improve clinical symptoms and Tongbi decoction-can imprve the level of blood lipid plasma。The trcatmentaroup was superior to control group,the total efective rate was significantly highre in group(90%) compareed with those in control group(70%P＜0.05)。Conclusions:Tongbi decoctionhas a definite therapeutic efect on peripheral nervous lesion owing to diabetes,And it has no bad influence on body。...
