| Objective:By observing the various indexes of patients before and after taking Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi Decoction,this topic is to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of patients with type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy with type of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis after applying Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi Decoct ion,so as to provide clinical basis for the treatment of type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy(type of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis).Methods:Firstly,62 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given the following oral drugs:metformin hydrochloride tablet 0.5g bid,sitagliptin phosphate tablet 100mg qd,mecobalamine tablet 0.5mg tid;The experimental group was given oral drugs:on the basis of the control group,plus Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi decoction oral for 8 weeks.Then,the following indicators were recorded before and after treatment:TCM syndrome score,fasting blood glucose,2h post-breakfast blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,triglyceride,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,SNCV,MNCV,Toronto clinical score,vital signs,blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function,renal function,electrocardiogram and whether there were adverse reactions after taking the medicine.Finally,the effective data in the control group and the experimental group were statistically analyzed by SPSS26 statistical software,and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment and the difference between the experimental group and the control group after treatment was obtained.Finally,it was concluded whether there was any difference in the efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy(type of qi-deficiency and blood-stasis)in TCM,and the safety evaluation was carried out.Results:1.The indexes of fasting blood glucose,2h blood glucose after breakfast,glycosylated hemoglobin,superficial peroneal nerve(SNCV),tibial nerve(MNCV),triglyceride and Toronto clinical score were significantly improved before and after treatment in the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,statistical data of the experimental group and the control group were compared,suggesting that the experimental group could improve the following indexes more effectively(P<0.05):fasting blood glucose,2h blood glucose after breakfast,glycosylated hemoglobin,superficial perfibular nerve(SNCV),triglyceride,toronto clinical score and TCM syndrome score.3.In the experimental group,the effective rate of TCM syndrome was 90%(27/30):3 cases were ineffective,11 cases were effective,15 cases were obvious,and 1 case was cured;In the control group,the effective rate of TCM syndrome was 60%(12/30):12 cases were ineffective,16 cases were effective,2 cases were obvious,and 0 cases were cured.4.Safety analysis:there were no significant abnormalities in blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function,kidney function,ECG,vital signs and other monitoring indexes in 2 groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);During the observation,one case of diarrhea appeared in the experimental group,which was improved spontaneously without special treatment and continued to participate in the experiment.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion:After the comparison between the two groups,the treatment scheme of the experimental group is effective.The experimental group showed significant improvement in TCM syndrome,fasting blood glucose,2h blood glucose after breakfast,glycosylated hemoglobin,triglyceride,superficial peroneal nerve(SNCV),toronto clinical score and other indicators,indicating that Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy can reduce TCM syndrome scores and improve related indicators.The effect is more obvious than the control group,which has certain clinical reference significance. |
