Objective:Integrate the basic etiological theory and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine , TCD(transcranial color Doppler) and EMG(electomyogram) approach the influence of the diabetes mellitus(DM) to the Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy and Diabetic Cerebrovascular Disease. Method:Collect 24 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and 30 cases of cerebrovascular disease admitted in the first affiliated hospital of NanJing traditional Chinese medical university during the one year ,record the relational data such as sexual, age, the course of disease, FPG(fasting plasma glucose), HbA1c, EMG, TCD and so on.A computer package of SPSS Advanced Statistics 11.5 was used to analyze the data. We used one-way ANOVA test and a Student test to estimate relationships of the enumeration data, chisquare analysis was employed to estimate the measurement data. Result:The bloodstream speed of the patients with DM is quicker than the certified value, DM has more influence on Encranial Blood Vessel than Extracranial Blood Vessel; The lower limb neuron is easer to be disoperated than the upper limb neuron, the long course of diaerse, the more obvious symptom is. Conclusion:DM not only disoperate Cerebral vessels, but also has compicuous damage on neuron, it has more influence on Encranial Blood Vessel than Extracranial Blood Vessel, has more influence on lower limb neuron than upper limb neuron, has more influence on athletic neuron than aesthetic neuron.
