[Objective] :The subjet is to research method of treatment and observe the long-term curative effect of burst fractures of thoracolumbar spine with no nervous lesion.[Methods] :Randomly selected 45 patients of burst fractures of thoracolumbar spine with no nervous lesion (28men cases, 17women cases whose average age is 42.5), which were divided into two observing group. The patients of conservative therapy are 23 case. There are 23 patients in conservative therapy group (is tagged "A"), and 22 patients in operative therapy group(is tagged "B"), ensuring that the two groups was comparable at aspects of classification of fracture and condition. Observed the two groups' comparision of the variation of the front height in vertebra body , cobb' angle, the percentage of spinal canal stenosis, complication and curative effect.[Rusults]:The operative therapy group , compared with the conservative therapy group , has remarkable difference on the variation of the front height in vertebra body , cobb' angle and the percentage of spinal canal stenosis(P<0.05). But the operative therapy group , compared with the conservative therapy, has no remarkable difference on the curative effect and complication(P>0.05).[Conclusion] :To the burst fractures of thoracolumbar spine with no nervous lesion , the conservative therapy and the operative therapy have the same effect in the curative effect. |
