Paralysis To Clear The Soup Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (qi And Yin Deficiency And Stasis) Clinical Studies

Objective: To ecaluate the efect of bishutong soup in treatment of peripheral nervous lesion owing to diabetesMethods: 60 patients of periheral nervous lesion owing to diabetes were randomly alloocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=30) patients were treated with bishutongtong decoction (a drug every day, 100 ml each, in two oral sooner or later),and in control group (n=30) Zhonghuitangmaikang, (10g two times a day),with duration of 8 weeks,Changes of clinical symptoms,FPG,2HPG,blood lipid and Plasma were measured before and aftear treatment.Results: It is suggested that bishutong decoction can not only improve clinical symptoms and bishutong decoction can improve the level of blood lipid plasma. The treatment group was superior to control group,the total efective rate was significantly highre im group (90%) compareed with those in control group(70% P<0.05).Conclusions: bishutong decoction has a definite therapeutic efect on peripheral nervous lesion owing to diabetes. And it has no bad influence on body.
