Bi Yuan Shu Liquid Inflammatory Cytokines In Rats Of Acute Sinusitis

Objective: Investigation on the effect and mechanism of Biyuanshu Oral Liquid to experimental acute suppurative sinusitis of rats.Methods: According to the method of y.ge induced models. A week later, high and low dosage of Biyuanshu Oral Liquid was irrigated to the stomachs. The other groups namely: blank controlled group, model group, sham operation group, gelomyrtol group, phenoxymethylpenicillin potassium group and Biyuanshu Oral Liquid low-dose + penicillin v + gelomyrtol group. After a week's therapy, observing the count of white blood cells ,pH of nosal secretory juice, the contents of IL-1α and IL-6 were measured by two-antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay; the concentration of CRP;the content of TNFa and VCAM-1 of nosal mucous membrane of rats under optical microscope with Miass computer configuration image analysis system.Results: Experimental ARS rats are apparently abnormal in following parameters: the leucocytes of rats were decreasing with low dosage of Biyuanshu Oral Liquid .The low dosage of Biyuanshu Oral Liquid decreased the increased contents of IL-1α and IL-6 in blood serum, increased the concentration of CRP and enlarged the acreage of TNFa and VCAM-1.Conclusion: Biyuanshu Oral Liquid manifest good effect on the cell factor of acute suppurative sinusitis rats through different ways and links. This research has provided experimental basis for the effect of Biyuanshu Oral Liquid. And the low dosage groups are the best.
