| Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of the traditional Chinese medicine sinusitis oral liquid â…¢ on treating acute sinusitis and the acute happening of chronic sinusitis.Methods: In accordance with strict diagnosing standard and strict excluding standard, we selected 60 acute sinusitis patients as testing objects(which include the acute happening of chronic sinusitis), which is divided into two groups at random.30 patients are set to be the treatment group and treated by the traditional Chinese medicine sinusitis oral liquid â…¢, the other patients are set to be control group and treated by huodan pill. We compare the clinical effect of the two groups and analyze the data with statistical methods.Results: (1)The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 86.7% and 80.0% , the comparison between the two groups showed significant difference (P<0.05). (2)The symptoms of the treatment group patients are improved more effectively than those of the control group in nasal obstruction, nasal discharge, headache, olfactory hypoesthesia, red swelling of membrana mucosa nasi.The clinical effect of the treatment group is superior to that in thecontrol group.Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine sinusitis oralliquid â…¢ have effective clinical effect on treating sinusitis. |
