| ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Jiangan Granule on patients of Qi-Yin deficiency and blood stasis with chronic hepatitis B. Meanwhile this research try to investigate the functional mechanism of Jiangan Granule and provide scientific clinical basic for its product and use.MethodsForty-eight cases were randomly divided into 2 grpoups, each 30, one for treatment and the other for control, observeded by double blind method. For treatment group, treated by Jiangan Granule, otherwise in control group, Yigan Yangyin Huoxue Granule was used. The course of this research is 12 weeks. And the patients whose ALT are returned to normal have been followed up for 12 weeks. The study was designed to investigate the changes of clinical syndrome, physical sign, liver function before and after the treatment by physical and lab test.Results1. The range of ALT's dropping had statistics difference between two groups(P<0. 05), treatment group made more remarkable curative effects. The range of AST's dropping hadn't statistics difference between two groups(P>0. 05). The total effective rates were 40. 91% and 36. 36% in treatment and control group. It was an obvious difference between tow groups(P <0. 01).2. The treatment group had obviously improve function on A/G , AKP , Y -GT, A , G , TBiL , DBiL , PT. The control group didn't do it .however. But it wasn' t an obvious difference between tow groups(P >0. 05).3. By the 12th week, the improvement rate of treating the total mark of Chinese medicine sign was 69. 58% and 59. 54% in treatment and control group. It was an obvious difference between tow groups(P <0. 01).ConclusionJiangan Granule have assuaring liver , falling enzyming , anti-oxidant resisting liver fibring , strengthening organism immune function of function remarkable. Its reducing enzyme (especially ALT ) and improving symptom (coerce not aching especially, do mouth) is superior to Yigan Yangyin Huoxue Granule, and there is not any bad reaction. |
