Clinical Studies Of Hepatitis B The Changle Tablets In The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B (liver And Spleen Damp-heat Syndrome)

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Yiganchangle tablet on patients of liver-spleen dampness-heat syndrome with chronic hepatitis B. Meanwhile this research try to investigate the functional mechanism of Yiganchangle Tablet and provide scientific clinical basic for its product and use.MethodsForty-eight cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,each 24,one for treatment and the other for control ,observeded by double blind method. For treatment group , treated by Yiganchangle tablet , otherwise in concrol group , Compound pill for Nourishing Liver was used. The course of this research is 12 weeks. The study was designed to investigate the changes of clinical syndrome, physical sign, liver function before and after the treatment by physical and lab test.Results1. The curative effect of enzyme dropping: The treated group: clinical cured rate 33.33%, obvious effective rate 45.83%, total effective rate 87.50%; The controlled group: clinical cured rate 13.64%, obvious effective rate 40.91%,total effective rate 72.73%. The effective rate of treated group was better than that of the controlled group ,but there aren't statistics difference between two groups (P=0.058 > 0.05 )2. The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome: The treated groups: obvious effective rate 100.00%, total progressive rate 100.00%; The controlled group: obvious effective rate 72.73%, total effective rate 86.36%. The effective rate of treated group was better than that of the controlled group ,but there aren't statistics difference between two groups (P=0.092 > 0.05 )3. The curative effect of TB il, DB il : The treated groups: obvious effective rate 30.77%, total progressive rate 76.92%; The controlled group: obvious effective rate 30.00%, total effective rate 80.00%. The effective rate of controlled group was better than that of the treated group ,but there aren't statistics difference between two groups (P=0.9588 > 0.05)4. The curative effect of blood plasma albumen The treated groups: obvious effective rate 23.81%, total progressive rate 90.48%; The controlled group: obvious effective rate 22.22%, total effective rate 94.44%. The effective rate of controlled group was better than that of the treated group ,but there aren't statistics difference between two groups (P=0.0907 > 0.05)...
