Shenling Yigan Granule In Treating Chronic Hepatitis B Liver And Gallbladder Heat And Clinical Study Of Liver Qi Stagnation And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Senling Yigan Granule on patients of Liver depression and spleen deficiency and Hepatobiliary hot and humid with chronic hepatitis B. Meanwhile this research try to investigate the functional mechanism of Senling Yigan and provide scientific clinical basic for its product and use.MethodsForty-eight cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,each 24,one fortreatment and the other for control,observeded by double blind method. Fortreatment group,treated by Senling Yigan Granule,otherwise in control group,Yigan Qingre Jjedu Granule was used.The course of this research is 12 weeks. And the patients whose ALT are returned to normal have been followed up for 12 weeks.The study was designed to investigate the changes of clinical syndrome, physical sign,liver function before and after the treatment by physical and lab test.Results1.The range of ALT's dropping had statistics difference between two groups (P＜0.05),treatment group made more remarkable curative effects.The range of AST's dropping hadn't statistics difference between two groups(P＞0.05).The total effective rates were 50.00%and 45.46%in treatment and control group.It was an obvious difference between tow groups(P＜0.01)。2.The treatment group had obviously improve function on A/G,AKP,R-GT, A,G,TBiL,DBiL,PT.The control group didn't do it,however,But it was'nt obvious difference between tow groups(P＞0.05).3.By the 12th week,the improvement rate of treating thetotal mark of Chinese medicine sign was 68.57%and 58.53%in treatment and control group.It was an obvious difference between tow groups(P＜0.01).ConclusionSenling Yigan Granule have assuaring liver,falling enzyming,anti-oxidant resisting liver fibring,strengthening organism immune function of function remarkable.Its reducing enzyme(especially ALT)and improving symptom(In particular xie lei pain,and he heads into yellow)is superior to Yigan Qingre Jjedu Granule,and there is not any bad reaction.
