Yin Lan Yigan Particle Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B (liver And Spleen Damp-heat Syndrome) Clinical Studies

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Yinlan Ganule on patients of liver-slieen dampness-heat syndrome with CHB Meanwhile this research try to investigate the functional mechanism of Yinlan Ganule and provide scientific clinical basic for its product and use.MethodsForty-eight cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, eacg 24, one for treatment and the other for control, observeded by double blind method. For treatment group, treated by Yinlan Ganule, otherwise in control group, treated by Liganlong Ganule. The course of this research is 12 weeks. The study was designed to investigate the changes of clinical syndrome, physical sign, liver function before and after the treatment by physical and lab test.Result1. The curative effect of enzyme dropping: The treated group: obvious effective rate 79.16%, total effective rate 87.50%; The controlled group: obvious effective rate 54.55%, total effective rate 72.73%. The effective rate of treated group was better than that of the controlled group, but there aren'nt statistics difference between two groups (P>0.05)2. The curative effect of TBIL,DBIL: The treated group: obvious effective rate 50.00%, total effective rate 83.33%; The controlled group: obvious effective rate 40.10%, total effective rate 76.46%. The effective rate of treated group was better than that of the controlled group, but there aren'nt statistics difference between two groups (P>0.05)3. The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome: The treated group: obvious effective rate 100.00%, total effective rate 100.00%; The controlled group: obvious effective rate 68.17%, total effective rate 72.73%. The effective rate of treated group was better than that of the controlled group, but there aren'nt statistics difference between two groups (P>0.05)ConclusionYinlan Ganule have the same curative effect on CHB of liver- slieen dampness-heat syndrome as the Liganlong Ganule. It have not the serious side effect in this clinical research.
