Zwingli Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Cholestatic Hepatitis (wet Stasis Resistance Type) Clinical Studies

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Wen Li Huo Xue(WLHX)- Concoction to Chronic Cholestatic Hepatitis ,and evaluate objectively the treatment of Chronic Cholestatic Hepatitis efficacy and safety, and explore an economic safety, efficacy reliable, promote appropriate treatment of cholestatic hepatitis beneath the effective prescription.MethodsThe qualifild test-acceports case from the department of Hepatitis of traditional Chinese medicine hospital of Hubei .Forty-eight cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, each24, one for treatment and the other for control ,observeded by double blind method. The treatment group took the traditional Chinese herb medicine WLHX, one dose a day. The control group took jianuo tablet 2 pains three times a day. The course of treatment of the two groups was two months. Compared the levelsof TBil/ALP/ALT/GGT and the changes of clinical syndrome physical sign. Security tests include blood-routine urine-routine stool-routine kidney functionand ECG.Results1. The Clinical cure rate of the treatment group was 29.17 %, and its total effective rate was 87.50%.The Clinical cure rate of the controlled group was8.33%, and its total effective rate was 62.50%. Effect of the treatment group than the control group between the two groups was significant difference(P < 0.05).2. Two of the main clinical symptoms compared total score was significantly higher (P <0.01) between the two groups was significant (P <0.05), indicating the two groups can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs, in the treatment group improved two threatening pain, skin itching, swelling, weakness, lack of appetite and other symptoms and signs better than the control group.3. Two groups of patients before treatment of STB, GGT, ALT, ALP levels increased significantly, and obviously reduced after treatment, there was a significant difference before and after treatment (P <0.05). After the treatment group STB, GGT, ALT, ALP level compared with the control group was significant (P <0.05).4. During the clinical trial, no adverse reactions were observed. Follow-up results suggest WLHX concoction of a more stable long-term results.5. Statistical analysis : After the test was over statistical analysis, P <0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Conclusion:WLHX -Decoction could significantly improve the chronic cholestatic hepatitis patients with clinical signs and symptoms, can significantly improve the quality of life and effective than Sukarno unit. Clinical trials not occurring more serious adverse events that WLHX -Decoction is an effective, safe treatment of chronic cholestatic hepatitis medicine formulations.
