Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery type (CSA) is a kind of chronic and capricious disease that characters by vertigo, vomit and nauseated. The method of treatment it in modern medicine is sample and has any side-effect. But TCM can deal with it by acupuncture and massotherapy, which holds virtue of safety and reliable.This thesis probes 20 patients, who are divided into two groups, one is treated by acupuncture, another is acupuncture and massotherapy. Both two groups is treated for two month. The effect shows that two groups are not remarkable (P<0. 05), which means that we should use both acupuncture and massotherapy to treat diseases, for if we do this, we will have better effect.
