Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of postpartum dingtong decoction in the treatment of postpartum body pain and blood stasis syndrome,and to provide scientific and safe support for its clinical application.Methods: This study carried out in the first affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine.case collection time: between January 2018 and December 2018,included in 60 patients diagnosed with postpartum body pain in patients with type of syndrome of blood stasis,random,positive drug parallel contrast design method,using the Dol ’Ss clinical cases randomly table will subjects group,treatment group and control group 30 cases.There was no significant difference in age,course of disease and number of pregnancy between the two groups before treatment.The treatment group was given postpartum dingtong decoction for 10 consecutive days,decocted with water,1 dose per day,and taken warm in the morning and evening.The control group was treated with blood stasis bi tablets,which were taken orally for 10 days,3 times a day,5 tablets each time.The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after treatment.The improvement of TCM syndromes was taken as the main observation index,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated objectively by the difference of syndromes score and therapeutic effect index.Conclusion: After three courses of treatment,the two groups of effect comparison,postpartum dingtong decoction group and yu xuebi tablets group in the treatment of postpartum body pain has achieved good results.The total effective rate of postpartum shendingtong decoction group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of yu xuebi tablets group was 86.67%.Two group total effective rate by the rank and inspection showed difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).
