Yancheng Automobile Industry Cluster Development Study

Automobile industries are the industries having close forward and backward-linkages with multi-industries in a national economy, thereby forming lengthy and interlaced industrial chains, on the basis of it, automobile industrial clusters are formed. Automobile industrial clusters are more universal economic phenomena in economic developed regions. As far as economic less developed regions are concerned, in-depth investigation about forming and growth of automobile industrial clusters are required. Taking an example for Yancheng City in economic less developed regions, we systematically study the automobile industrial cluster of Yancheng.This article introduced: The current domestic and foreign industrial cluster major research achievements and practical experiences; Based on analysis of the automobile industry cluster in the form of technical and economic conditions, Yancheng automobile industry clusters development environment, combination of an area situation which Yancheng automobile industry in, natural endowment, technical resources, infrastructure and government support, and other relevant factors,described Yancheng automobile industry clusters formation three mechanisms; Yancheng automobile industry cluster core industrial chain, Yancheng automobile industry cluster features, Yancheng automobile industry cluster levels of development, Yancheng automobile industry clusters to regional economic development impact were analyzed, pointed out the existing problems in that Yancheng industrial clusters development .Based on it, we explored concept system of consummating Yancheng automobile industry clusters development, and put forward concrete measures and implementation ways.
