Analysis Of The Development-oriented Poverty Models Of Chinese Rural Poverty-stricken Areas

Poverty is a common hard issue challenging all countries in the world, including both developed and developing countries, which causes social unrest and economic Fluctuation. Therefore, all governments in the world and academic circles pay high attention to this problem. China is a developing country with backward economic basis, oversized population and vast territory. Natural condition and economic development level differentiate sharply for different regions. Therefore, it's an arduous task to fight against poverty. In this case, Chinese government is persistent in poverty relief and development issue, and lays out a series of anti-poverty strategic measures for better solving the problem. Undoubtedly, layout and execution of poverty alleviation Policies are important functions for Chinese government, which takes a dominant role in this regard.As early as form the beginning of reform and opening up, China has steadily determined and actively promoted poverty relief & development strategy, which yielded remarkable achievements. From 1978 to the end of 2007, China's rural population living in absolute poverty was reduced from 250 million to 14.79 million, the incidence of poverty from 30.7% to 1.6%. We can say that since 1990s, the reduction of poverty rate and population relates directly to execution of anti-poverty strategy. Meanwhile, we must be clear that there still exist many weak points for Chinese poverty & development policies. The task for fighting against poverty is still an arduous task. We should gives our priorities of research to such aspects as how to optimize poverty relief & development Policies, especially under the new economic condition, how to define government's role in poverty eradication projects, how to make improvements for our poverty relief mode and how to make breakthrough in our poverty relief efforts.The article strives to research the problem from a higher and wider angle. It studies the past, present and future from view of time, It adopts ways of combination of history and reality, qualitative and quantitative methods, and macro-research and micro-analysis. In brief, the paper studies comprehensively the development economics, economic sociology, and metrology economies, etc. Analyzing major patterns in an all-round way, it grasps the essence and concludes strategic thinking of universality and guidance. It is to afford references for the strategic decision concerning poverty-relief and development cause of China.In terms of structure, as well as introductory text is divided into a total of five major sections. The first part introduced the related concepts of poverty, as well as an overview of the basic theory of poverty. First of all for the poor has defined the concepts, pointing out that poverty is a common economic phenomena, but also a connotation of a complex social problem. The second part is a description of China's rural poverty alleviation policies, focusing on since the founding of China's fight against poverty in rural areas are experiencing a historic period of five. The fifth part of the rural poor areas for future poverty reduction through development of innovative ways for discussion, namely through the development-oriented poverty alleviation and rural minimum living security system of interrelated manner, to alleviate poverty in poor areas.In this paper, there are still some shortcomings, if there is no reference to foreign-related anti-poverty model, On deepening the structural reform and poverty alleviation in rural areas the relationship between model innovation, etc. There are many issues worth exploring, I will be in future academic career to these issues to the relevant experts and scholars to study, to deepen understanding of these issues.
