Human resource is the strategic resource in the 21th century, it becomes the decisive piont for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. Recently, competence as well as its features have already become a populuar topic in scientific research of human resource management,psychology and pedagogy as well. It is a potential characteristic term used to represent excellent performance of an individuals in a certain post. The competeceny of human resource management largely decide the management level,as a resault , it is nacessary to study the competeceny of human resource management professionals. In this thsis "Study on the Factors Influcing Human Resource Management professonionals Competency" this study take human resource management professionals as an object, through questionnaire and adopted such kinds of mathods: descriptive statistics analysis,factor analysis,variance analysis to find out what kind of competency will help professionals to gain a better performance, On this basis, it probes the influence of those factors to Human resource management professional , factors including enterprise scale and its nature and industry characteristics,as well as organization culture and enterprise strategy and so on, moreover,it analyzes the relationships between human resource competence level and enterprise performance. Through this study, we want to give some suggestions to managers to display the human resources to gain enterprise competitive advantage.Firstly ,the paper reviews the correlative theories about the competeceny of human resource management professionals,based on the role that Human Resource Management professonionals play in the enterprises we build the competency model; secondly, we use this model to analyse the factors which influcing competeceny of human resource management professionals. The outcomes show that some figures are correlated with competency of human resource management professionals; corporate culture and enterprise strategy are highly correlated with competency of human resource management professionals; the competency of strategic patner,management professional,Transformational impetus are positively correlated with financial result; some competency factors are positively correlated with internal approval and external approval.At the end of this thisis,the autor give some suggestions to human resource management professionals according to the results as well as the limitation about this study.
