The Application Research Of Competency Model In The City Commercial Banks In Human Resources Management

In recent years, people pay more and more attention on the study and application of the Competence Model ,many companies are beginning to build their own Competence Model .develop Competence Model requires a certain degree of technology, and how to take advantage of Competence Model scientifically is also an art. How to enhance their human resources management is a problem which the City Commercial Banks need to settle urgently. Such as Personnel recruitment and selection, training and performance appraisal are their main work in human resources management.Theoretical study and practice methods are used in this study, to discussion the application of Competence Model of City Commercial Banks. This study firstly introduces the history and development of City Commercial Banks in our country, and status of their human resources management, Competency Model-based human resources management system is necessary for City Commercial Banks .In the part of literature review, Competence model -based of human resources management system, including the post analysis, human resource planning, recruitment and selection, staff training, performance management, salary management, and career planning is described in detail.Finally, take B Bank as an example, in accordance with customer managers' Competency Model and job specification, design customer managers' recruitment and selection, training and performance appraisal application. The results of this study are: The process of recruitment and selection Customer managers; Training processes and training methods for Bank B's staff; Design customer managers' performance evaluation indicators, scoring methods and the weighting coefficient.
