With the development of knowledge economy and the refinement of social division of labor,all kinds of enterprises for there are both general and specialized talented person's demand,all kinds of talents "competency" as the enterprise managers and the core of human resource managers to select talents evaluation criteria,and "corporate secretary" as one of the talent,its competence to become secretary science and management research focus and hot spot.Based on the summary about secretary competency research results at home and abroad,on the basis of secretary in FMCG enterprises(hereinafter referred to as "the consumer enterprise secretary")of competency as the research object,based on the theory of management,secretarial science,not only using the theory of the literature retrieval on the qualitative analysis,position characteristics analysis,and questionnaire survey method,combining the empirical quantitative behavioral event interview method,from theoretical construction to application validation logic train of thought,step by step a statistics,fast recognition,extraction enterprise secretary of the competency of 33 elements,and quickly iceberg model(1973).Based on 33 competency factors,the "two-degree five-dimension" competency model for recruitment,management and promotion of FMCG corporate secretaries is constructed.The scientific,operational and effective model is also verified through recruitment,selection,human resource management and career development,thus laying a foundation for the research on corporate secretary competency.
