Urban Land Intensive Use Potentiality Appraisement

The fundamental reality in our country is that we have a very large number of population and not enough land, besides scare in resources. With the acceleration of urbanization, the short of land resource becoming an important attribute restricting our country economy development increasingly.At the same time, the waste of land in the process of urban land's rapid expansion is serious, the phenomenon of low intension degree status are universal exist, which further intensified the supply and demand contradictory of land resource. Under this background, carrying out the city land intensive use potential appraisal, enhancing the city land utilization efficiency unceasingly are advantageous not only in the urban land resource's optimizing disposition and reasonable use, but also in promoting the urban land use transform from extension expand to connotation potentialities exploit, walking road of the sustainable development.There are seven chapters in the article. The first Chapter is introduction, research background and meaning are narrated in this chapter, and then-the study thought and structure of paper are introduced. In the second chapter, the basic theories related with land intensive use are looked backed. Furthermore, the meaning of land intensive use is defined. The third chapter analyzed the actors that influence land intensive. In the fourth chapter, the general rules of land intensive use are discussed from both time dimension and spatial dimension. The fifth chapter is about land intensive use potential appraisal theory construction. In this chapter, the theory, content and method of land potential appraisement are discussed. Regarding Yiyang as study example, the sixth chapter analyzes the characteristic of land utilization of Yiyang at first, then macroscopic and middle scope potential appraisement of Yiyang are carried out. At last, some suggestions of strengthening land intensified utilization are bring forward. The seventh chapter gets conclusions and making discussion. This chapter gets conclusions of the article, and point out the possible innovation, defect and further research point.
