Study On Evaluation Of Land Intensive Use In Urumqi City From The Perspective Of Smart City Construction

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,China's urbanization has developed rapidly,but it has also brought more obvious problems,such as the destruction of the ascending state,excessive energy consumption,traffic congestion,construction and occupation of cultivated land,etc.,and land is the most important.The elements of life production and the most basic natural resources of urban development carry all aspects of urban development.How to make use of the extremely limited and valuable urban land resources and make them more social resources and create more social wealth in a limited space.It has become a problem that must be solved in the process of urbanization.Through a large number of information on smart city construction and land intensive use,and collating and analyzing the collected data,combined with the social and economic conditions of Urumqi in 2012-2016,the DPSIR model developed from the PSR model was used to build a smart city.From the perspective of construction,the evaluation index system of land intensive use in Urumqi is used.After the data is standardized,the entropy weight method and AHP analytic hierarchy process are used to obtain the index weight value,and the mutual influence relationship between each index is determined.After determining the actual value,the reasonable value index and the standard weight of each index,the land use intensive comprehensive index(?)is obtained based on the formula evaluation scores according to the formula,and then the scores are analyzed to obtain the index intensive Situation: Among the 20 indicators and indicators used to measure land intensive use,10 indicators are more intensive;8 indicators are basic intensive;no intensive refers to 2 items.The socio-economic factors such as per capita GDP value and population density,ecological factors such as green coverage rate and green building coverage rate,as the main limiting factors for urban land intensive use,have considerable influence on the intensive utilization level of urban land in Urumqi.Based on the current conclusions and the current status of smart city and land intensive use in Urumqi,the authorproposes the following suggestions:(1)Urumqi should rely on the good opportunity brought by the wave of smart city construction to comprehensively improve the areas of people's livelihood security,government services,and urban management.Informatization and digital popularization,improve the level of digital management;(2)Actively implement the new management model of “Internet + City Management”to promote the interconnection of information such as transportation,government affairs,education,medical care,employment,and assistance.From the perspective of people-oriented,we must effectively improve the happiness of the citizens;(3)for the urban area should be rationally laid out,scientific planning,make full use of idle land,improve land use efficiency,and achieve the purpose of optimizing the allocation of land resources;(4)based on the actual situation of Urumqi Optimize the land use structure,establish and improve relevant monitoring mechanisms and punishment measures,improve the land market mechanism,strengthen the construction of ecological civilization,and establish a new concept of urban land intensive use.
