Study On Intensive Urban Land Use

With progress of urbanization speeding up and the rapid growth of the population, due to shortage of land resources , land has constrained the development of the city economy .in order to optimize the land resources allocation ,and promote the transformation of the urban land utilization from simple expanding to the combination of expanding and potential exploiting, it's necessary to take evaluation on the land intensive use and improve the use efficiency of the urban land.Because land intensive use abides by the economical law of land, and benefit the long-term development of the city, it has became the tendency of the world. The analysis on the subject also has became the hot point in the community of the land utilization study.The paper consists of five parts. The first one proposes the issue which the paper center on, gives the background and the meaning of the study. Besides ,the part also introduce the research contents and the structure of the paper.As the theoretical part ,the second one comes up with some messages involving with the definition ,the necessity, the spatial position ,the dynamic changes of the land intensive use as well as the theoretical basis ,the affecting factors and so on.The third part analyzes the affecting factors of the land intensive use from five aspects including population density ,urban scale ,urban planning indicators ,land price ,and the ecological landscape of the city. It also reveals the relationship between land intensive use and the above mentioned five aspects as well as conclude the spatial distribution of the land intensive use.The fourth and the fifth part give the example for the study .The fourth part analyzes the status and the features of the utilization in Turpan city, and conclude the overview of the land intensive use in the city.The fifth part ,which mainly reveals the potential of the land intensive use in TUrpan, defines the term of 'land intensive use', and analyzes the features of land intensive use. It also build the model and the indicators system to evaluate the potential of the land intensive use. At last the part introduces the macroscopic potential of the land intensive use in Turpan city referring to the related standard and other research results, and gives some suggestion to expand the land potential.The last part gives the conclusion ,and indicates where the innovation of the paper lies and the research field to be exploited.
