Competition between telecommunication enterprises is becoming more and more intense. With consumer demand continuously changing and increasing, the complexity of telecommunication service is increasing and the way of competition is varying. And telecommunication enterprises will firstly scramble for group visitor market because of its importance.This article analyses the present competition for group visitor in Tianjin and find some problems for Tianjin mobile communication ltd. And then this article provide a method to solve these problems .It is to set a group visitor management system including sales service,product promotion and basic management by unifying the group visitor information system. In this way, we can grasp the demand of group visitor and work out the plan for product, and finally meet the demand of group visitor effectively. Maintaining and promoting the development of group visitor with meticulous management, Tianjin mobile communication Ltd will succeed in the competition.On the basis of the study in service marketing at home and abroad as well as the author's working experiences in three years, the thesis fully embodies the trait of group visitor. The concept of the group visitor management system is introduced and the construction method of "sales service,product promotion and basic management" is put forward. The three kinds of analytical methods are used as followed: combining theory with practice, combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis and comparing with all aspects of the situation.
