Research On The Key Issues Of Information System Application In NK Company

Enterprises in the process of continuous development and expansion is easy to form a complex management structure, and interference and shielding the information transmission. Management process itself is a process of information transmission, exchange and feedback, so development and expansion of enterprises is often accompanied by a lower management efficiency. With the development of information technology, enterprises with information systems can greatly improve the speed and quality of internal information transmission, solute these problems which come with the development of enterprises in the management effectively. However, if the application of information system is not in good-use, it may play a negative role to the management of the enterprise. So it is necessary to design a reasonable and effective information system. This thesis is based on the author's inaugural NK company, researching information system application solutions.This thesis existed on the enterprise information system related theory and application. First of all, analyzed the state of development of the company from the aspects of organization management, human resources, core competence etc. The company's strategic positioning has been clear after that. On this basis, analyzed NK company information system applications, concluded that NK company information system application problems, and choose the two most key problems to research--information systems planning and organizational guarantee of information system application. Secondly, based on the analysis and design of NK company group management and control model, designed information system application architecture and the overall planning and specific implementation plan. Again, this thesis design the architecture of information management. This thesis provided support for the future application of information systems through the design of NK company's information system planning and information system application organization structure.
