Edible agricultural products quality-safety inspection system is the main edible product quality-safety technical support system, is an important means for the government to implement edible agricultural products quality-safety management, it is responsible for the government to provide technical decision, technical services and technical advice of important functions, plays a vital and central role in improve the level of quality-safety of edible agricultural products. Edible agricultural products quality-safety inspection system internal information sharing can promote communication and cooperation within the system, edible agricultural product quality-safety inspection system external information sharing to meet the edible agricultural quality-safety information needs of the community, the media, industry, and promote social stable, two kinds of information sharing can work together to better protect the quality-safety of edible agricultural products. Currently, there are a lot of policies and regulations documents are related to the edible agricultural products quality-safety inspection system information-sharing, especially in recent years, information sharing can be found in almost all of the edible agricultural products quality-safety documents, but the edible agricultural products quality-safety inspection system information sharing is still slow.Therefore, this paper studies control strategies of the Information-Sharing from the angle of edible agricultural products quality-safety inspection system internal controls.1 、 Summarized edible agricultural products inspection system and the information transfer process, describes the current edible agricultural products quality-safety inspection system and supervision departments, according to relevant laws to structure the information-sharing structure chart of the present stage edible agricultural inspection system.2、Use System dynamics and Non-cooperative Games method to establishing non-cooperative game matrix and system dynamics model to dynamics discuss information disclosure policy of edible agricultural products quality-safety inspection system, focus on different external environment and double punishment and time delay feedback control policy on edible agricultural products quality-safety inspection system information disclosure.3 、 Use System dynamics and Evolutionary Game method to establishing evolutionary game matrix and SD model to analyze administrations regulatory policy under the same administrations circumstances and mutually beneficial cooperation policy under different administrations circumstances, focus on the situation of information sharing benefits outweigh the costs.
