"Bullwhip effect" of supply chain leads market information distortion when the information is transferring to upstream supply chain. So it is difficult for enterprises to make accurate decision-making, in such circumstances, the enterprises are unable to face the competition alone, but take part in the supply chain as an part of the integral supply chain, and cooperate with other businesses closely, sharing of information ,to achieve a seamless integration of the supply chain . In that way, the quality of products and services of enterprises will be improved , and their market competitiveness will be enhanced. Therefore, the sharing of information is the key to improve management performance of supply chain within supply chain.Through analyzing the status and the problems in the downstream supply chain of LianYuan Steel Ltd., various problems in the sales management do not exist in isolation, its causes are not timely and effective to access to sales information, which led management unable to make the best decision. Through the system, enterprise management will be enhanced in downstream supply chain,; timely access to end-market information; improve the speed to meet market demand; reduce bullwhip effect on the business impact; rapid response to changes in the market, to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
