Probe Of The Development Strategy Of Circular Economy

With the characteristic of "produce in a large amount,consume in a large amount,a largeamount of discarding",the traditional economic development model cause resource waste,constant decrease of environment self-purification ability and deterioration of environmentalquality. These restrict the sustainable development of the economic society seriously. Sincethe countries all over the world reached common understanding on sustainable developmentin 1990s,Germany,Japan and other developed countries probe the economic way ofpromoting sustainable development actively,have put forward the economic developmentmodel of circulation. This model aims at structuring a closed loop type economic system of"Resources-Products-Reproductive resources". It is a new economic configuration thatutilize resource,environment protection ,advance sustainable development rationally. Thepresent economic growth in china is not clear off the traditional economic development modelwith the characteristic of "high pollution,high depletion,low output". The development ofcircular economy and the transition of economic growth mode are the inevitable choice ofachieving the sustainable development of the economy in china. My paper begin with therelationship between the transition of economic growth mode and circular economy,thenprobe into the countermeasures and suggestions of developing the circular economy in china.The whole thesis is divided into four parts:Part one is mainly discuss the background ofbringing up the transition of economic growth mode in china;Part two is mainly discuss therelationship between the circular economy and the transition of economic growth mode;Partthree is mainly discuss the development model and the background of bringing up the circulareconomy in different developed countries;Part four put forward the countermeasures andsuggestions of developing the circular economy in china.
