Study On Financial Support Of Circular Economy

Defects in the nature of the traditional mode of economy development featuring"mass production, mass consumption, mass waste"result in waste, demolition and shortage of economic resources and deterioration of the self-decontaminating capacity and quality of the environment, which gravely hinder the sustainable development of social economy.Since the notion of"sustainable development"became a consensus in 1992 universally, developed countries such as Germany and Japan as well as some developing countries brought forward the mode of circular economy development after continuous and active exploration on means to promote the development of circular economy, which aims at build up a new economic system with the circulation of resources featuring a closed loop of"resources-products-wastes-recycling". This new economy, which meets the calls for optimization of economic structure, rational utilization of resources, protection of ecological environment and promotion of the sustainable development of economy, is becoming the tendency of the development of world economies of 21st century.In China, the traditional mode of economic development on one hand brought about rapid economic growth, yet on the other hand the depletion of natural resources and severe environment pollution.
