Study Of Regional Circular Economy Mode

Circular Economy (CE) is an inevitable choice of sustainable development, and is superior form of the new industrialization. But in our country, the research and practice of CE theories are at the initial stage. Most of them are focus on the enterprise CE and industry CE.However, the research on district CE is still in the quest. Therefore, it seems necessary to study district CE systematically. This paper relates to synthetical research on different subjects and fields. In order to make it multi-dimensionally, integrally, predicatively, scientifically and operably, the paper integrates many research methods such as integrated research and case research, social environment study and practical case study, on-the-spot investigation and the expert's consultation.This paper starts with the theories of CE. It is guided by theories of sustainable development and system theories, and based on ecology, environmental science, the industry economics, the economics of the district etc.On the base of sufficient research, analysis and summary of the CE, we analyze the economic development of Anning city in great depth. As follows:In the aspects of CE theories research. First, contrasted CE with tradition economics, it is clear that CE is a kind of new economy increasing mode. Compared with tradition economics, CE has more advantages, and is a kind of advanced economy mode. Second, this paper discusses the external problem and the key problem CE solved. Third, this paper puts forward characteristics of district CE and the necessity and meanings of development, and elaborates the methodology of it. Forth, this paper makes further research on main factor, circulation system and circulation mechanism of district CE. At the foundation research of CE, this paper puts forward district CE concept and builds up the method of the CE mode framework.Moreover,it discusses the realization of CE from four aspects.The substantial evidence research on Anning city follows: First, in the light of the concrete situation and current CE development, this paper draws a conclusion aboutadvantages and problems,then it brings forward mode framework of CE of Anning. Second, this paper discusses development point of CE of Anning:the construction of the steel industry ecosystem chain, the phosphor salt chemical engineering ecosystem chain construction, constructing the ecosystem industrial park, developing the wastes recycling industry, the CE development of special agriculture,social life aspect. Third, the paper puts forward guarantee measures of developing the district CE of Anning.
