The Research Of Bibliometric Based Scientific User's Personalization Library Information Pushing System

With the advance of technology and era of knowledge-based economy, people have increasingly concerned about the relevance, timeliness and importance of the information, the demand for information is gradually personalized. The main user of Digital library are scientific researcher, teachers and students, the scientific researcher is both the demander and producer of information , and their research is also one of the main force to promoting the development of science. Demand interacts with output, how to extract the personalized demand of the scientific researcher and transmit it to the scientific researcher accurately is the key point for issuing the scientific researching results.The purpose of this paper is to establish a personalized information service model based on Bibliometrics and design the personalized information service system prototype. To achieve the goal, this paper refers to the theory of Bibliometrics and the researching method of the comparative, analysis, modeling abstraction and inductive. This paper has analyzed the status of personalized information services at home and abroad, associated with the three model and their applications of the personalized information services, originally put forward the idea of making the personalized information services of libraries through Bibliometrics, and then analyse the meaning and logic of this research. Based on the analysis of theoretical method of Bibliometric, this article formats the model of personalized information pushing system based on Bibliometrics and point out the special advantage and characteristic compared with personalized information pushing system based on other theory. And then have a detailed analysis about this system, which include objective, structure, data processing, database's logical structure and overall function. Finally successfully develop the personalized information pushing system prototype for the scientific users based on Bibliometrics.In the end, this paper have a summary of all of the related theory, technology, the design and development of the system, which is pointing out the shortcomings of this article and make a brief discussion on how to further enhance the personalized information services technology.
