Banks are important financial institutions and an indispensable part of the modern economy.They are closely related to people's daily lives.The security and stability of the banking system has always been highly concerned by the relevant national departments.In response to emergencies,each bank will formulate a series of emergency plans and conduct drills.However,in real life,field exercises are difficult to carry out frequently due to the constraints of venues,personnel,emergency equipment and business hours.At the same time,the emergency plan has the problems of insufficient training,backward technical means,and lack of actual combat effect evaluation.In order to meet the needs of bank emergency plan training,this article uses the next-generation game modeling and 3D virtual engine technology to build a bank-based emergency plan training and evaluation system based on virtual drills.By setting up the actual bank production environment,it simulates the occurrence and disposal of emergency events,Repeatedly practice the operational skills,command instructions and coordination of various personnel at the scene of the emergency,to improve the familiarity of various types of bank personnel plan,and improve emergency response capabilities.And research and practice the adaptability of the next-generation game technology in the bank virtual emergency drill system environment.Through the research and practice of game technology in the next era,this article combines it with the bank's virtual emergency drill system,and uses game technology to improve the picture quality of the virtual drill and greatly enhance the reality of the participants' drills.Analyze the content and requirements of the bank's virtual emergency drill system,and build a system interaction logic system.Finally,use the Unity3 D game engine to restore the actual internal environment of the bank.Trainees can systematically simulate the occurrence and handling of emergencies,repeatedly practice the operational skills,command instructions and coordination of various personnel at the scene of an emergency,improve the familiarity of various types of bank personnel with plans,and enhance emergency response capabilities.At the same time,the system can verify the effectiveness of the plan based on the results of the exercise evaluation,and propose corresponding modifications and optimization suggestions.The bank's virtual emergency drill system researched and designed in this article has been tried out at a branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.The integrity and implementability of the system were verified,which can help the bank branch staff to familiarize and master the emergency plan process.The exercise results can directly reflect the employee's mastery of the plan,and can also effectively verify the rationality of the plan.The next step is to prepare a comprehensive coverage of the banking system for "one case per line",which has certain practical significance and application value.
