The job of university Archives is collecting, developing the valuable documentary material, from to the process of teaching, research and management work to form a full picture of the career development of University and the objective situation. It is an important aspect of college work and an integral part. Whether this work can go on the right way, to a certain extent, is up to the Archives of the main university archivists---psychological factors. This requires optimal allocation on the structure of the file manager, and implement targeted for management training methods on gender, age, education and other aspects to inspire enthusiasm for the work of records management and research capacity. the relationship between achievement motivation and burnout of University Archives staff not only affects the behavior of University Archives management efficiency, but also affects the records management personnel of the university level and the size of achievement. in view of this, in this study we select186 teachers from Zhengzhou, Henan Province, Jiaozuo, Xinxiang Kaifeng which are less-developed regions in China(in Henan Province),using questionnaire methods to explore the achievement motivation and the job burnout of the college teachers in-depth and detailed.In this study, we use two standardized instruments that are Achievement Motivation Scale(AMS) and Burnout Measurement inventory(BMI),and the last we use SPSS 13.0 statistical software and EXCEL for data analysis of variance, correlation analysis and so on, the conclusions as follows:(1) The Low personal accomplishment dimension of job burnout is the most serious,and its effects on gender has reached a significant level;(2) There is no significant difference in dimensions of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization among different ages of college archivist. But there exists significant difference in low personal accomplishment among university Archives staffs(3) There exists significant difference in the effects of Low personal accomplishment on marital status to the University Archives staffs;(4) The effects of Job Burnout have no significant difference in job title;(5) The effects of job burnout have significant difference in different levels of University file management staffs:doctorate's job burnout in the University Archives staffs is significantly higher than that obtained master's, undergraduate, and graduate college and other personnel;(6) The effects of achievement motivation have significant difference in the gender of the university archives management; while in the pursuit of success and motivation to avoid failure, there is not the significant difference;(7) In achievement motivation, the scores of the female file management personnel of the achievement motivation is lower than the male file managers, and there is significant differences between the two;(8) There is no significant difference of motivation to avoid failure (mf) for different titles of University Archives staff; however, there is significant differences between their achievement motivation and the motive to succeed among Professor to associate research fellow, librarians help Hall and other.(9) There is a negative correlation between achievement motivation and Emotional exhaustion and the correlation coefficient reached a statistically significant level, and the Emotional exhaustion is also related to the motivation of pursuit success a statistically highly significant level; The relation between depersonalize and the motivation to succeed also reached a statistical significant level. Low personal accomplishment and achievement motivation in all dimensions were not significantly different, and does not reach significant level.At the last, the author proposed to some targeted policy and recommend suggestion to improve the achievement motivation of college teachers according to the conclusions...
