Investigation Of Archives Informatization Communication Based On Archives Websites Performance Evaluation In China

In order to solve the problem that archives information clients could not efficiently obtain the file information by the traditional way of serving archives information, Archives and Information Communication combines the basic principles and research techniques of Communication and Information Studies and enriches the development, application and service of the traditional file information systems from a novel perspective.Currently in China, the researches on archives and information communication mainly focus on the effects of the dissemination of archives information, obstacles to disseminate, essences of Archives and Information Communication, Archives and Information Communication under website environment, evaluation of performances of archives websites. After investigation and analysis, it is found that the evaluation of performances of archives websites can help the development of websites and do good to the establishment of archives information communication and the promotion of effects of performances of archives information websites.Combining with"Gate-Keeper"theory,"Cognitive Consistency"theory,"Opinion Leader"theory and so on, archives information websites performance evaluation work is regarded as starting point in this article, its current situation and achievement in our country was analyzed, its direct influence on archives websites and indirect influence on information dissemination are also elaborated in six essential aspects separately, they are appraisal subject, appraisal object, appraisal method, appraisal target, appraisal result and appraisal suggestion. The enlightenment of how to optimize archives information dissemination was obtained. Corresponding communication strategy on archives information was put forward through five key elements-archives information and its disseminator,audiences,communication channel,audiences,effect.This thesis could be divided into five chapters and they are introduction (chapter 1), the briefintroduction of evaluation of archives information websites and analysis of the harvest of the evaluation of archives information websites (chapter 2),the effects of evaluation of websites to archives information dissemination (chapter 3), the inspiration of the evaluation of archives information websites (chapter 4) and conclusion and outlook(chapter 5).
