The left-behind teenagers in rural areas, which are the derivative of the social changes in china, constitute a special group accompanied by the transference of the rural surplus-labor. Owing to the lack of effective supervision, education and guidance, the left-behind teenagers are likely to transgress the bounds of decency and violate the social norm. Therefore, it is of great urgency to analyze the situation and reasons of their transgression, and at the same time to discuss the remedial measures against transgression. Recently, as to the research of such special group, people put considerably concentration on the research of the left-behind teenagers and their psychological and educational problems, which to a large extent produce a great quantity of relative survey data and theory research. However, researches on the left-behind teenagers and their living conditions and transgression are fewer by contrast. This paper intends to take Huang Jixiang Middle School as a case to describe and analyze the left-behind teenagers'living conditions and transgression, and at the same time explore the causes of such transgression and attempt to put forward some feasible and constructive suggestions. This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter sort out the way of thinking. In this paper the writer chooses the transgression of left-behind teenagers in rural areas as the research theme which the scholars home and abroad had ever seldom covered. Taking the present Chinese national conditions into consideration, the writer tend to study the transgression of left-behind teenagers against the background of social changes by empirical study and analyzing, and expect to explore further and make a breakthrough in such aspects as transgression behavior, reason exploration and countermeasures. Based on the necessity of the research, the writer in this chapter defines the main concepts such as the social changes, left-behind teenagers in rural areas, transgression and so on.The second chapter introduction to the object and approaches of research. In this paper, the writer takes left-behind teenagers in Huang Jixiang Middle School of He Zhe County as the object of research. Locating in a remote area, Huang Jixiang is backward in economy and farmers there live on lower income. One fourth of the youth and the adult in Huang Jixiang go out as migrant workers year in and year out which leads to the frequent flow of people. Therefore, all above mentioned give rise to a 45.5% of left-behind teenagers in proportion to the whole school and a higher rate of transgression behavior, which are of typical significance. As to the approaches of research, in this paper, the writer mainly adopts several methods such as questionnaire survey, deep interview, case analysis, analytic hierarchy process and so on. Also, the writer chooses seven left-behind teenagers as the specific object of study. The third chapter intends to reveal the living situation and transgression behavior of left-behind teenagers by survey data. The survey data shows that the acceleration of social changes quickens the quantity growth of the left-behind teenagers, for they generally lack kindred care and emotion communication, the guardians fail to take their responsibilities, the school and teachers pay little attention to and even let unchecked those left-behind teenagers whose living situation are to be worried about. Meanwhile, the unusual living environment affects the left-behind teenagers' emotion and personality to a large extent, such as irritation, malice, inferiority, helplessness, enormous pressure and sense of insecurity. Thereof, they turn out to transgress the bounds of decency such as violating school discipline, cheating in examination, running away from home, gambling, becoming addicted in network and stealing, even robbery, extortion and finally committing crime. The fourth chapter discuss the causes of the rural staying-behind teenagers' deviance behaviors. During the process of the social change and the transformation of the rural area, it is inevitable that the teenagers in rural areas are left behind at home, which makes them not have the opportunity to receive good enough domestic education and then the so-called 'control vacuum' is generated. And because of the diversity of value measures and moral concepts, unhealthy social and cultural impacts, and the confusing behavior examples, the 'standard vacuum' is then formed, which aggravates the rural staying-behind teenagers' deviance behaviors. The fifth chapter attempts to Come up with positive measures to prevent rural staying-behind teenagers'deviance behaviors. As we know that the deviance behaviors will do much harm to the growth of the rural staying-behind teenagers, and it will have impact on the achievement of training qualified talents as well. Therefore, based on the survey and research mentioned above, I will come up with several measure to prevent the deviance behaviors of the rural staying-behind teenagers from the aspects of society, schools, and families. Although it is in recent years that people begins to pay attention to such kind of social problem, we still have a long way to go. For instance, we still face such problems as the reason why the rural staying-behind teenagers phenomenon appears as well as their deviance behaviors.
