Investgation And Countermeasures On Influencing Factors Of Clinical Teaching Quality In Non-affiliated Hospitals Of Medical Colleges

It was the core task of higher education to improve teaching quality. Clinical teaching quality directly influenced the level of medical education and medical talents. In some degree, the establishment of non-affiliated hospitals had solved the contradiction between the expansion of higher medical colleges and the lack of clinical teaching recourses in recent years. As an important way to make full use of social recourses and improve the quality and efficiency of medical education, it had already been the important force in clinical teaching.By applying the principle of bibliometrics, studies of non-affiliated hospital had been the hotspots of medical education and drew more and more attention from the department of education management and medical colleges. Research directions had gradually been from hospital construction to teaching management, construction of the teaching staff, etc, and paid more attention to improve clinical teaching quality.Although at present non-affiliated hospitals had played an important role in clinical teaching, but compared with affiliated hospitals, there were still some difference. In order to further evaluate the influencing factors of clinical teaching quality, they were investigated by using clinical medical students which were studying in non-affiliated hospitals, clinical teachers, teaching management personnel in hospitals and university as study subjects with Delphi Method and 31 influencing factors were found. Moreover the data was analyzed and summarized to 6 aspects by principal components analysis.Suggestions were put forward that medical colleges and non-affiliated hospitals should strengthen communication and collaboration and improve the construction of the teaching staff, emphasize the teaching management, strengthen students' education and management for improving clinical teaching quality in non-affiliated hospitals.
