Objective: This study investigates the teaching ability of clinical nursing teachers in top three hospitals in Changchun by means of questionnaires,to understand the current situation of teaching ability of clinical nursing teachers and to analyze its influencing factors,in order to explore the promotion strategies to improve the teaching ability of clinical teaching teachers,to provide reference for clinical teaching.Methods: Cross-sectional investigation.In April to July 2018,480 clinical nursing teachers from 5 top three hospitals in Changchun City were selected as the subjects by convenient sampling.General information questionnaire and teaching ability questionnaire of clinical nursing teachers were distributed.Questionnaires were conducted anonymously.After collecting and sorting out the data,the database was set up by Excel,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results:1.The subjects were 480 clinical nursing teachers with a total score of 80.25 +19.67.Among the four dimensions,teaching attitude has the highest average score,followed by teaching style and method,teaching content and skills,and teaching basic quality has the lowest average score.2.Through the single factor analysis of the teaching ability of the teaching teachers,the statistical significance factors are(P < 0.05): the number of years of attendance and study,the number of monthly teaching inspections in the departments,the number of times of going out for further study(every time more than one week),the length of work,the length of teaching years,age,departments,the type of establishment,whether it is necessary to compete for,whether there is an Examination,family whether to study medicine,whether to go to teach,initial education,professional title,whether to participate in scientific research projects,whether to take part in competition guidance,attitude to development prospects,monthly salary.3.Logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that the number of monthly teaching inspections,the Department in which they were working,whether they had edited,whether they go to teach,whether they had served as competition guidance,and their career development prospects.These six factors are independent influencing factors of teaching ability of teachers.Conclusion:1.The teaching ability of clinical nursing teachers in Changchun Top three Hospital is on the upper middle level.The average scores of each dimension of teaching ability are teaching attitude,teaching style and method,teaching content and skills,and basic teaching quality.2.The influencing factors of the teaching ability of clinical nursing teachers in the Top three hospitals in Changchun City are: the number of times of attendance and study,the number of teaching examinations per month in departments,the number of times of going out for further study(every time more than one week),working years,teaching years,age,department,compilation type,whether it is necessary to compete for teaching teachers in departments,whether there is an examination,family whether to study medicine,whether to go to teach,initial academic background,professional title,whether to participate in scientific research projects,whether to take part in competition guidance,attitude to development prospects,monthly salary.3.The independent influencing factors of teaching ability of clinical nursing teachers in Changchun Top three hospitals are: the number of monthly teaching inspections,the Department in which they were working,whether they had edited,whether they go to teach,whether they had served as competition guidance,and their career development prospects.
