Along with the deepening reform of health system, the requirements of the medical profession increasingly high in recent years, the quality of medical services has a direct impact on the hospital's image in the eyes of the masses, only the good image can attract more people to the hospital. General hospital operating room as necessary departments, its efficiency and quality of services is highlighted in the hospital's comprehensive quality of service. Therefore, this point of view of business process optimization, select the hospital medical services, surgical process analysis and improvement processes. MethodsThrough literature study, business process analysis, site investigation, SPSS13.0 statistical analysis, research methods, this paper made the following specific studies:1. Documentary research:the use China Academic Journal (CJFD), VIP Database, OVID database, Elsevier Science (SDOS) and other full text databases as well as Google, Baidu and other search engines, the system access to foreign business process transformation, the hospital process management, process optimization hospital research literature, summarized existing research in refining the theory and concepts introduced, as the basis for the research carried out.2. Business process Analysis:Analysis of business processes is to study the health care process optimization and management of the premise. Use business process modeling notation (Business Process Modeling Notation) test for the hospital to establish business process flow chart of process bottlenecks; industrial engineering program analysis:a clear separation of process value-added activities and waste part of Africa to get rid of redundant links simplify the process.3. Field Research Methods:A hospital operating room to the field through experience and discussion with staff, a comprehensive understanding of the status of the hospital surgical procedures and problems.4. Data processing and statistical analysis:The SPSS13.0 and EpiData3.0 software for statistical analysis of the survey results. Results1. A hospital operating procedure problems①surgery for single delivery problems;②elevator without special operation;③not wake up after surgery room;④system caused by lack of flow in patients with poor transfer;⑤not fully use the network.2. Through analysis, combined with the hospital situation and problems, corresponding to the proposed process optimization measures are as follows:①The electronic application system for surgery (MIS system);②reasonable allocation of the lift, giving priority to ensuring the operating room needs;③established after wake-up room, to reduce risk and postoperative surgical waiting time;④improve the shuttle system in patients with the corresponding process;⑤further development of existing network capabilities. ConclusionsTo literature by the theory of business process management and business process transformation of the hospital operating room, based on field visits and discussion by the way, a comprehensive understanding of existing business processes operating room, draw the corresponding business process diagrams, considering the patients medical staff recommendations and the actual situation of the hospital and transform unreasonable segments, business processes, mapping the new flow chart. The business process optimization and management theory to the process of optimization will increase the hospital's operating room efficiency.
