With the continuous improvement of people's standard of living and the living environment, people's health is improving all the requirements of all the "patient-centered" concept deeply rooted in the minds of every managers of hospital. Hospitals to provide medical services as the basic carrier, and its main objective is to provide patients with high-quality medical services. However, state-owned hospitals in the fierce competition in the market requirements in the development and survival in the increasingly tense relationship between doctors and patients, the investment is insufficient, and constant development and expansion of private hospital environment, their existing business processes for recycling is the only strategy. Chengdu Railway Sub Hospital, is in hemodialysis and minimally invasive surgery of other areas of the main General Hospital. After the analysis of the survey, hospitals in the patients overall satisfaction is not high, the hospital organization, management and business process and there are still certain problems will be no people-oriented management philosophy to the practical implementation of the process, so as to the management of Hospital enough, the hospital operating revenue shortage, in order to improve this situation, in order to achieve "a patient-centred," and the need for the existing process for recycling.This paper introduces the concept of recycling processes, principles, and the historical development of the recycling process, technology, project management at the same time introducing the theory, and the recycling process and the reform and development of state-owned hospitals close contact. Analysis of the Chengdu Railway Sub-hospital development in the face of various difficulties. First on the Chengdu Railway Sub-existing hospital management and business process analysis of existing problems and proposed recycling schemes; Secondly,in the hospital on the feasibility of using process reengineering tool for the SWOT analysis, the process of recycling is clearly feasible Thirdly, the hospital design and the process of trial operation, and in this process on the basis of the optimization; At last, the process of recycling the hospital for evaluation.
