Xifeng Tongluo Keli On The Expression Of SCD40L In ACI Patience With Phlegm Wind Resistance Type

Objective To observe the effect of Xifeng Tongluo keli on the expression of sCD40L in ACI patience with Phlegm wind resistance type.Methods①38 cases of ACI patients, admitted to the Foshan Hospital of TCM from Dec.2009 to Jun 2010, confirmed by CT or MRI, were randomly divided into treatment group(20 cases) and control group(18 cases);②According to the standard, the therapeutic effect was evaluated after 14-day treatment;③And the neurology grade in two groups were separately evaluated with the method of Barthel index;④Before treatment and after 7-day, the expression of sCD40L in two groups were respectively detect by ELISA;⑤To analyze the correlation between expression of sCD40L with CIV.Results①The expression of sCD40L in ACI patients significantly increased than healthy people (T=109.0, P=0.0000). The expression of sCD40L in treatment group markedly decreased than its own prior treatment on the 7th day, being significantly different (P<0.05).②In pretherapy, the expression of sCD40L in treatment group than control group, difference being not statistically significant (T=0.43, P=0.966); The expression of sCD40L in treatment group markedly decreased than control group on the 7th day, but being not significantly different (T=0.7196, P=0.4764);①In pretherapy, the Barthe index in treatment group than control group, difference being not statistically significant (T=0.5114, P=0.6122); The Barthe index in treatment group than control group on the 14th day, difference being not statistically significant (T=6.8728, P=0.0000);④here were being significant difference between CIV and the expression of sCD40L (P<0.05).The CIV is positive correlation with the expression of sCD40L (P<0.05);⑤he expression of sCD40L in gravis type ACI markedly increased than Var. mitis', but being not statistically significant(T= 212.5000, P=0.2140);⑥he cerebral infarction volume (CIV) has the negative correlation with Barthel index (r=-0.582, p=0.000)Conclusions①he sCD40L involves in the regulation process of inflammat-ory reaction after ACI diseases. The expression of sCD40L is help to judge the state and prognosis of disease;②Xifeng Tongluo keli has the tendency of improving the Barthe Index;ifeng Tongluo keli is an effective way to treat the ACI of Phlegm wind resistance type, which can significantly improve significant improvement rate.
