Clinical Observation Of Xifeng Tongluo Granule In Treating Ischemic Apoplexy (Wind-phlegm Blocking Collaterals Syndrome)

Objective: Through the application of Xifeng Tongluo Granules combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules for the treatment of ischemic stroke,the clinical efficacy was observed,and compared with the treatment efficacy of Western medicine alone,which is the basis for the clinical use of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Disease provides a certain theoretical basis and diagnosis and treatment ideas.Methods: Taking stroke patients who were treated in the outpatient department of geriatrics of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital as the research object,the personal information of each patient was completely recorded,including name,gender,age,first symptom,history of present illness,genetic history,family history,life signs,etc.Using the method of small sample and random control,72 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine.For conventional western medicine treatment,the course of treatment is 3 weeks.Symptom changes of patients were observed,stroke scale,TCM symptom score scale,and modified Barthel index assessment scale were evaluated,and a unified case observation form was formulated,and recorded as required to judge clinical efficacy.Safety indicators(blood,urine routine,ALT,AST,GGT,Cr,Bu N,coagulation routine,electrocardiogram)were detected before and after treatment to judge the safety.Results: 1.The gender,age and illness degree of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed,and the results showed that there was no significant difference(P >0.05),indicating that the information between the above groups was comparable.2.After treatment,NIHSS score,improved Barthel index score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).There are differences between the treatment groups(P < 0.05),and the comparison between the control groups is also statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group is 88.57%,and that of the control group is 84.48%.It shows that the treatment group and the control group can effectively reduce NIHSS score,improved Barthel index evaluation score and TCM syndrome score of ischemic stroke patients,but the effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: After preliminary clinical observation,the use of Xifeng Tongluo Granules in the treatment of ischemic stroke patients can significantly improve the TCM symptoms and quality of life of patients,and it is worthy of widespread promotion in clinical practice.
