The disharmony between liver and stomach groups which treated with the Powder of Jawed Sine, while the disharmony of liver and stomach group was treated with the Decoction of Jawed Cajuns. This course of medical treatments is 4 weeks. According to the guiding principles of Chinese medicine clinical research drug, we analysis all cases. Also, we asked the patients to fill in the SF-36 health survey before and after treatment.Results:1) 107 cases of this study in sex, age and disease duration sides have no statistical significantcal difference (P)0.05).2)Compared quality of life with before and after treatment, each group dates were statistic by Pair T Test, and have significantcal improvement(P<0.05).3) The total effective in the disharmony between liver and stomach is 78.95%, and the other groups are 94.00%.4) Apart from physical function (PF), other 7 domains are significantly improved than before in the disharmony between liver and stomach group (P<0.05), and all 8 domains are significantly improved than before (P<0.05).5) In the group of disharmony between liver and stomach, R value which is the relationship from the symptom value and SF-36 value before and after treatment is respectively-0.089 and-0.132, but has no relationship; while another group R value is-0.331 and-0.830, and have relationship.6) Main manifestations which stomachache, antithetic, acid, bitter is can be improve were in the disharmony between liver and stomach group. Compare with total effectivements of the with damp-heat type and without damp-heat type in the disharmony between liver and stomach group, Pearson chi-quare value is 0.081 and P value is 0.348. It can conclude no difference improvemen between two types that it has no statistical significantcal difference (a=0.05). Compare with total effectivements of the with damp-heat type and without damp-heat type in the spleen and stomach qi deficiency group, Pearson chi-quare value is 0.017 and P value is 0.089. It can conclude no difference improvement between two types that it has no statistical significantcal difference (a=0.05). Compared quality of life with before and after treatment, with damp-heat type dates were statistic by Pair T Test, and have significantcal improvement(P<0.05).
