Palm Vibrating Method Massage In The Treatment Of Chronic Superficial Gastritis (Spleen Deficiency Type) Clinical Study

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of this study to explore the “palmvibration method based” massage treatment of chronic superficial gastritis (stomachDeficiency type) efficacy and mechanism of action. Methods: standardization andstandardized diagnostic and treatment evaluation criteria, clear and fixed all treatmentparameters. The clinical studies included60qualified patients were randomized into twogroups, the treatment group of30patients in the control group of30patients. Thetreatment group received the " palm vibration method based" massage treatment, massageonce every other day,10days5times for a course of treatment, three courses. The controlgroup taking HuangqiJianzhong decoction, each paying decoction juice200ml, breakfast,half an hour after dinner, warm clothes, each100ml, one dose a day,10days for a courseof three treatments. TCM syndrome score and the observed efficacy index before and aftertreatment, Paganini flat digestion index (Nepean Dyspepsia Index-short form, NDI-SF)and a summary table of chronic superficial gastritis symptom scores before and aftertreatment table, the evaluation of the treatment of patients quantify the change before andafter curative.Results: The two groups of patients with chronic superficial gastritis after symptomscore, TCM syndrome score, NDI-SF total score contrast, the treatment group than thecontrol group; two groups of patients after treatment NDI-SF score comparison of regionalknowledge improve control no significant difference; comparing two groups of patientsthe area of drinking water, there is a significant difference (P <0.01), the treatment groupthan the control group; groups were tense, daily activities, work and study area scores,there are differences (P <0.05), the treatment group than the control group; two groups ofpatients in the overall clinical efficacy after treatment, the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion: palm vibration method based massage therapy treatment of chronicsuperficial gastritis (stomach Deficiency type) have better clinical efficacy in eliminatingsymptoms and improve quality of life significantly.
