Objective:Under the guidance of Differentiation of symptoms and signs, this study aimed to investigate Shuganheweiyin in Treating Bile Reflux Gastritis of liver-stomach disharmony type, investigating if Shuganheweiyin can improve patients’clinical symptoms gastroscope symptoms〠patients’living qualities.Research Methods:Choosing 40 cases who are suitable to standard of diagnosis of Bile Reflux Gastritis.40 cases were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases of treated with Shuganheweiyin and western medicine (treatment group), another 20 cases are treated with only western medicine (control group). Statistics and compared the treatment of TCM syndrome score, individual symptom scores and gastroscope symptoms of two groups of patients before and after the study.Purpose:The total effective rate of the treatment group is up to 95%, while the control group is 70%. The difference between the two groups is significant P<0.05. The total score of two groups are both significantly decreased, and the difference is significant P<0.05,proving the treatment of both treatment and control groups are able to improve the patients with syndromes Points. TCM syndrome score differences between before and after the study of cases of treatment group is obviously higher than the control group, showing us a significant difference P <0.05,providing a result that the treatment group is better at improving TCM syndrome than the control group. In Individual symptoms, both treatment and control groups are able to improve the cases with individual TCM syndrome P<0.05,the treatment group shows better effects on sour regurgitationã€abdominal painã€hiccupã€eructationã€depressedã€anorexiaã€heaving a deep sigh than the control group, p<0.05.In gastroscope, the total effective rate of the treatment group is 95%, while the control group is 65%, the difference between the two groups is significant P<0.05.Conclusion:Shuganheweiyin in treating Bile Reflux Gastritis of liver-stomach disharmony type is significant. |
